Service Description. This Site describes Keyboard Replacement, Laptop Repair, Motherboard Repair, Phone Battery Replacement, Phone Charging Port Repair, Phone Screen Repair provided by Ghost Trace Solutions. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Ghost Trace Solutions may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Ghost Trace Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Ghost Trace Solutions's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Ghost Trace Solutions harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under SC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in SC for any related dispute.
